• Prohibited Items: We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials (unless specifically contracted), or perishable items without prior written agreement.

• Liability: While we exercise maximum care, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the goods or the standard industry limit, unless additional insurance is purchased by the client.

• Delivery Timelines: Delivery dates are estimates. Tothym is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or third-party port authorities.

3. Tothym Tours and Travel

• Bookings & Payments: A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the specific airline, hotel, or tour operator involved. Tothym Services charges a non-refundable service fee for all processed bookings.

• Travel Documents: It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for their destination.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Tothym is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, or theft during transit.

4. User Obligations

Users agree not to use this website for any fraudulent activity or to upload malicious code. All content on this site, including logos and text, is the intellectual property of Tothym Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tothym Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
